So, what are the best Villa Park parking options?
JustPark
If you’ve checked out any of our parking guides for other Premier League stadiums, you’ll know by now that we are a big fan of JustPark. In short, it’s an online booking system which shows you a variety of parking options in a small radius around the desired location.
You’d be looking to pay between £5-£15 for matchday parking, pretty reasonable in my opinion. My top tip for using JustPark would be to book as early as possible, as usually you can find a better price this way. The parking spots you can book are either on-street parking spots or spaces within car parks. Overall, I love using JustPark and have never encountered any problems using it myself!
Aston Social Club
Located a short 5-10 minute walk away from the Villa park Stadium, Aston Social Club is home to 150 spaces. It’s a great option if you don’t fancy a long walk, however, I’d recommend getting down early as it can fill up quickly on matchday.
From my experience parking here, you’d be looking to pay £5 for matchday parking making it very affordable!

Free Parking
If you’re doing football away days on a budget (if that’s possible), I’d recommend heading to Aston Railway Station as there’s usually some on-street parking available.
It’s also only a short 10-15 minute walk to the Aston Villa football club ground with some great pubs en-route which you can check out here. Another option is parking outside ATS Tyre Offices along Upper Portland street – from here it’s around a 15 minute walk to Villa Park.
Beware of on-street parking near Villa Park itself as there is an exclusion zone on matchdays which you can find more information about here.

King Edward VI Aston School
Who doesn’t love parking at a school on a matchday? Situated just a 10 minute walk away from the Aston Villa stadium, King Edward VI Aston School charge between £5-£10 for matchday parking.
If you’re looking for somewhere secure, we’ve heard this is the place to park. However, getting away from this car park after the game can be tough as it does get busy. But, if you don’t mind heading to the pub for an hour after the match while the traffic dies down, this is a great option for you.
Frederick Rd, Birmingham B6 6DJ
Star City
If you’re heading into the City Centre pre-match for a bite to eat or a drink, Star City entertainment and shopping centre is a great place to park. With over 2000 parking spaces, you can’t go wrong. Parking is also free here which is another bonus.
I’ve parked here a few times and never had any problems. It can get busy, traffic-wise, in the city centre but that’s to be expected when visiting any Premier League team.
You can choose to use Public Transport to get to the ground, or endure a 30 minute walk to the Aston Villa Stadium from this car park.
